Robin Albee supports the Products Liability and Toxic Tort practice with an emphasis on discovery and document productions at the national counsel level. She assists with all aspects of the discovery process, including the preparation of discovery responses and other documents; the process and documents to effectuate compliance with export law and regulations; tracking, reporting, coordinating and assisting with document productions and other discovery-related matters. She also assists the Toxic Tort West Attorneys with pre-trial, trial preparation and other department support.
Before joining Polsinelli, Robin worked as the lead paralegal with focus for more than two decades on the defense of mass litigation filed against more than 20 manufacturers and distributors of asbestos products in federal and state courts in numerous states. She has been in the legal field for over 40 years and has a strong litigation background performing the full range of tasks involved in case management and trial preparation from the commencement of a lawsuit through the discovery and pretrial processes, trial and post-trial and settlement matters. Additionally, for over 20 years, she coordinated, supervised and conducted reviews of outside document repositories, including the Johns Manville document repository, to obtain records to assist in the defense, settlement and trial of cases.
