Ron Gilbert is an associate in Polsinelli’s Financial Services Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience defending financial services providers against individual and class claims in state and federal courts. Ron is committed to helping financial services clients enforce their rights and protect their assets. He specifically helps financial services providers protect and recover their collateral; enforce their rights as creditors; negotiate and enforce workout agreements; and defend against lender-liability claims. Ron understands the importance of aligning litigation strategy with client objectives. He collaborates with firm clients to reach targeted and cost-effective outcomes through early and continuous matter assessment.
