Ruth Sorrell, Counsel in our Tax Credit Group, presented on the new and expanded State Tax Credits for housing in Colorado – Standard and Accelerated State Affordable Housing Tax Credits (AHTC), Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Credits, and Middle Income Housing Tax Credits (MIHTC). The workshop explored how the new credits can provide opportunity to strengthen affordable rental housing in Colorado. Panelists included CHFA, developers, and State Credit investors.
