Sarah Sapenoff supports Health Care Mergers & Acquisitions within the Business Department. Her responsibilities include legal research, preparation of corporate filings related to health care mergers and reorganizations, entity formations, dissolutions and other departmental support.

Before joining Polsinelli, Sarah worked as a corporate paralegal in Kansas City, Missouri. She has been in the legal field for over five years and has a strong corporate background. She has supported clients and attorneys in numerous multimillion dollar transactions and assisted internal and external general counsel with general corporate matters.
