Polsinelli Represents HCA Healthcare in Acquisition of Catholic Medical Center
Polsinelli recently represented HCA Healthcare (HCA), a leading provider of health care facilities comprised of more than 180 hospitals and approximately 2,400 sites of care in 20 states and the United Kingdom, in its acquisition of Catholic Medical Center (CMC), an acute-care hospital and regional health system based in Manchester, N.H.
This strategic acquisition positions HCA to continue expanding its national footprint while remaining committed to providing high quality care to patients. HCA has dedicated $200 million in capital infusion over the next 10 years to modernize CMC’s infrastructure and expand their clinical services.
