Taylor Kinard Nelson focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, real estate finance and related corporate matters. She represents developers, investors, lenders, owners and other businesses in a variety of complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development and financing transactions, leasing, joint ventures and other real estate-related transactions. Her finance experience includes representing borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate-secured and asset-based financing transactions.

In addition to her real estate practice, Taylor advises businesses on general corporate matters and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She works closely with clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and due diligence through negotiation, documentation and closing.
