Thomas obtained his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During his time there, he was the Senior Notes & Submissions Editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
