Tim Donovan represents clients in commercial real estate transactions involving buying, selling and developing mixed-use, commercial and residential projects. He also advises clients on structuring real estate projects, leases, construction agreements and other property-related agreements. Tim also advises on real estate finance, including debt and equity financing and commercial lending.
