Tre Blomeier represents franchisors and franchisees in all aspects of the franchise relationship including structuring and preparing franchise programs for emerging and mature brands expanding into domestic and international markets. His work includes preparing development, franchise and related agreements, preparing and updating Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), and managing state registration and renewal filings for domestic franchisors; preparing agreements and disclosure documents and handling registrations required in cross-border franchise transactions; and structuring and preparing supply chain agreements for franchisors, manufacturers and distributors.  

Tre also advises franchisors, franchisees and franchisee associations on franchise relationship disputes and works with the Global Franchise and Supply Network team representing franchisors, franchisees and franchise associations in litigation and arbitrations involving termination and non-renewal, system change, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, non-compete covenants, intellectual property and related claims.
