Trista Backus supports the Bankruptcy and Financial Services Litigation practice in the representation of secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, financial institutions and numerous other parties in bankruptcy-related proceedings, collection actions, and foreclosures. Trista’s responsibilities encompass the procedural aspects of debt collection, which includes drafting, reviewing and filing pleadings, preparing proofs claims, pro hac vice applications, judicial and non-judicial commercial foreclosures, garnishments, registering judgments, recording real estate records and a variety of other tasks.
