Abigail is dedicated to obtaining the best results for her clients in the financial services industry. Her proven research and writing skills make her a strong advocate for her clients at every stage of litigation. Through her representation of private lenders, loan servicers, and trustees of securitized commercial loan pools, Abigail has obtained the appointment of receivers, foreclosed on collateral in multiple states, enforced debt instruments, defended lender liability claims, and represented creditors in bankruptcy. In addition to her litigation practice, she frequently negotiates work-out agreements including deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions and forbearance agreements.

Additionally, Abigail has experience mediating disputes, drafting appellate briefs, defending motions for preliminary injunctions, and facilitating the discovery process.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Abigail worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary R. Russell of the Supreme Court of Missouri. During her clerkship, Abigail obtained experience in multiple areas of law and gained unique insight of the entire litigation process. She attended the University of Missouri Law School, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Missouri Law Review.
