Adam Garcia negotiates complex technology and related transactions for clients across a variety of industries as an attorney in the Technology Transactions and Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Adam worked as an IT Analyst for a Fortune 50 Company helping software development teams migrate from legacy systems to cloud-computing platforms and ensure regulatory compliance.

Adam is committed to understanding each client’s business model, practices and objectives to help protect their investment in a range of technologies and monetize their intellectual property. Adam further assists clients in mergers and acquisitions related to information technology and intellectual property due diligence, helping to ensure clients can properly use, transfer, and retain critical information technology and intellectual property assets according to the deal structure and achieve compliance with applicable privacy laws post-closing.
