Serving as a central coordinator for multidisciplinary response teams, Adam ensures a robust response under intense pressure. Clients rely on him to manage incidents from initial containment through investigation, notification and potential litigation. He advises on regulatory investigations and notification obligations across jurisdictions, interfacing with regulators and coordinating global disclosure strategies. Adam regularly counsels private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on incident response and related regulatory and business risks.

In addition to incident response, Adam counsels clients on data privacy and security issues, including vendor management, policy development, regulatory compliance, proactive incident response planning, and audit and investigation oversight. He also assists with negotiating cyber risk issues in technology contracts.

Working with clients across industries, Adam is well versed in federal, state and international privacy laws and regulations. He collaborates with the technology and data security professionals within organizations to ensure incident response preparedness.
