Polsinelli Represents Jolly Labs Inc. in $16.5 Million Series A Financing
Polsinelli congratulates its client Jolly Labs, Inc., on its $16.5 million Series A financing. Jolly is a workforce optimization platform that drives employee utilization, compliance, referrals and loyalty—using gamified, performance-based incentives.
The financing was led by Zach Kirkhorn (former CFO of Tesla), Gokul Rajaram, Julien Codorniou, Steve Luczo, and David Marcus, and institutional support from Bullpen Capital, Dorm Room Fund and Eigen Ventures, among others. The financing will help research and development with new AI-enabled features on the platform, as well as sales and marketing.
