Adam Lewis is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses his practice on construction, real estate law and complex commercial disputes. He routinely represents international engineering, infrastructure and heavy civil construction clients, real estate investment trusts (REIT), real estate private equity firms and real estate lenders in high-stakes litigation, trial work, claims resolution and risk management.

Utilizing his litigation background, Adam also drafts and negotiates construction contracts that meet the strategic objectives of his clients while minimizing potential risks and disputes.

Adam has extensive trial, arbitration and appellate experience in state, federal and international forums. In addition to construction and real estate development disputes, his commercial litigation experience includes the representation of leading businesses in banking, contract, business tort, trade secret and intellectual property matters.

Adam has also handled a wide array of disputes for clients nation-wide, defending against claims asserted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as various state and federal law claims.
