Polsinelli recently represented TransMedics, a commercial-stage medical technology company providing organ transplant services, in connection with its lease for an office building located at 188 Assembly Park Drive in Somerville, Mass., for the company’s new global headquarters.

The transaction also included the acquisition of an adjacent lot for future development of an integrated campus, the creation of a condominium regime for a parking garage and the acquisition of a garage unit, as well as the establishment of a tax increment financing arrangement to support the lease and planned development.
