Aleks works primarily with companies in the life sciences and technology sectors, counseling clients on a range of domestic and cross-border business matters. His experience includes advising biotechnology and biopharmaceutical companies on strategic licensing and research collaboration agreements, as well as representing companies in mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions.
