Alexander Lowell focuses on real estate finance and transactional matters. His practice includes representing lenders, borrowers, developers and investors in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
Alex has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and joint venture agreements. He regularly advises clients on structuring complex real estate deals and navigating legal issues related to title, zoning and due diligence.
