Polsinelli Advises CRA in Acquisitions Expanding National Waste Equipment Leasing Platform

Polsinelli recently represented Compactor Rentals of America, LLC (CRA), a national waste compactor and baler leasing platform and portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, in its acquisitions of Reddy Equipment and Diamond Compactor Rentals.

The acquisitions represent another step in CRA’s continued expansion as it builds a scaled, independent platform serving customers across the waste compactor and baler leasing sector. Reddy Equipment brings more than 40 years of experience serving customers in Northeast Ohio, while Diamond Compactor Rentals has operated in Central Illinois for nearly four decades.
