Alma Carver is passionate about the health care industry and understands the numerous complexities and legal issues that can impact health care-related businesses. She is dedicated to providing effective, efficient, innovative legal health care solutions. Clients rely on Alma to analyze each health care matter and develop a strategic approach to representation based on the client's immediate and long-term goals. She assists clients through performing research and analysis of:

  • State and federal health care regulations
  • Physician employment agreements and non-compete laws
  • State self-referral prohibitions and anti-kickback provisions
  • Scope of practice and licensure for various health care professionals

Prior to law school, Alma worked in public health and health care industries, where she managed and directed large-scale programs and worked with stakeholders at all levels. Alma is a certified PMP®.
