Polsinelli Advises Legacy Investing on Acquisition for Data Center Redevelopment
Polsinelli recently represented Legacy Investing, a real estate platform delivering comprehensive financial, technical and building solutions, in its acquisition of a prominent downtown Chicago property for redevelopment into a data center facility.
The $40 million purchase includes the former Chicago Board Options Exchange headquarters, a 300,500-square-foot building that will be transformed to provide 33 megawatts of load capacity for future tenants.
