The financial services industry is Angela Taylor’s forte. She has experience in loan enforcement, bankruptcy litigation and defeasance. Angela represents financial institutions and creditors nationwide by enforcing debt instruments. This work includes judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures, and representing a secured lender's interest in condemnation cases. Angela also assists lender clients with documenting and closing loan sales, and workouts with their borrowers including forbearance agreements and discounted payoffs or short sales. She also represents servicers of securitized loans in the specialized area of loan defeasance. Angela handles transactions involving the defeasance of multimillion dollar loans, secured by property nationwide.
