Annika Pollard helps clients navigate complex patent prosecution and intellectual property matters by providing strategic, technically informed solutions. At Polsinelli, she has drafted and prosecuted patents across a wide range of technologies, including autonomous vehicles, machine learning, financial technologies, blockchain, circuit design, computer networking, cloud computing and various software implementations. She also has experience managing foreign filings, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses and assisting clients with portfolio strategy and optimization, to help clients protect and maximize the value of their intellectual property assets.
Annika earned her Electrical Engineering degree, where she gained hands-on experience in diverse technologies such as networking, hardware, semiconductor systems, electronic communications, audio transmissions and software. This foundation enables her to translate complex technical concepts into practical, effective legal strategies.
