With over 20 years of experience in litigation, corporate, and international trade work as both a paralegal and paralegal manager, Antoine has been a key asset in numerous IP litigation, federal white-collar criminal, and product liability trials and hearings before the International Trade Commission, numerous U.S. District Courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and state courts in Maryland and South Carolina.

Antoine serves as the sole paralegal in Polsinelli’s ITC Section 337 and Trade Remedies practice groups.  He manages numerous matters before the Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission; proofreading, cite-checking, and submitting pleadings for both practice groups, and conducting substantive research for the firm’s clients. As a case manager for these practice groups, Antoine manages several e-discovery database platforms for document productions, including running searches and creating productions and privilege logs.

Before joining Polsinelli, Antoine worked for several international law firms, where he honed his knowledge and skills to virtually all things related to intellectual property and international trade.

Earlier in his career, Antoine served on the team of the Special Compliance Coordinator, appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce, to monitor, assess, and report on the U.S. export control compliance of a large Chinese telecommunications company. During his time working on this monitorship, Antoine traveled throughout Asia to meet with corporate personnel as a subject matter expert in investigations, logistics, and research and development.
