Arnold Ressin has a broad range of experience in the practice of real estate finance, including extensive work in the fields of:
- Real estate loan origination (primarily in the areas of CMBS lending and construction lending);
- Complex loan modifications;
- Forbearance transactions;
- Discounted payoff transactions;
- Receiver sales of properties; and
- Loan sale transactions.
Arnold’s work, as well as the client’s he serves, is both national and international in scope. His goal with each matter is to understand the client’s long-term vision in order to achieve their overall objectives in an efficient matter.
