Ashley advises companies and private equity sponsors on corporate transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

She handles buy-side deals across various industries, including fire and life safety, pest control and other facility services, life sciences and food service, giving her a practical edge in sectors where operational risk, compliance demands and rapid growth cycles shape every transaction. She works with clients throughout the business life cycle, from entity formation and organizational structuring to day-to-day management and ultimately exits, including business sales and succession planning.

Whether building a new platform, managing add-on acquisitions, operating as outside general counsel or preparing a business for sale, Ashley brings steady, business-oriented guidance that helps clients close efficiently and protect long-term value.
