Polsinelli recently represented Willcrest Partners, a California-based family office investment firm providing equity capital and expertise to companies, in its formation of a new fund, Willcrest Holdco, LLC.

Polsinelli subsequently assisted Willcrest Holdco, LLC in its acquisition of RequordIT, a leading provider of document management, process automation, workflow automation and business process.

The Polsinelli team involved in the fund formation was led by Shareholder Phillip P. Guttilla and included Shareholders Daniel A. Peterson, Erik R. Edwards and Ashley R. Gleckler.
