Ayisha Patrick supports the IP Design Patent Prosecution practice with an emphasis on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Her responsibilities include filing a wide range of patent applications, including U.S. non-provisional and provisional applications, design applications, Hague applications for the International Registration of Industrial Designs, U.S. national stage applications, PCT applications, convention filings and continuing applications. Her work also includes preparing responses to U.S. and foreign office actions and information disclosure statements, as well as written and verbal communications with clients, foreign agents and USPTO personnel and other department support.

Before joining Polsinelli, Ayisha worked as a Patent Paralegal and then as an IP Transfer Specialist. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the legal field and a strong background in patent prosecution.
