Bailie Schnackenberg is a shareholder in the Real Estate practice. Clients rely on Bailie to provide assistance through all stages of real estate transactions, including both purchases and sales, and commercial leasing. She handles a variety of acquisitions and dispositions, from complex multi-property transactions to single parcels.

Bailie represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial, industrial, mixed-use and healthcare related leases. She assists in the representation of national companies in heavily regulated industries by providing timely, quality advice, drafting and negotiation of lease agreements. Her experience includes negotiating leases involving franchises, complex lending arrangements, and a broader corporate transaction involving the sale or acquisition of a business.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Bailie practiced corporate, healthcare and real estate law, including providing advice on complex regulatory issues. She utilizes this experience in working with clients in a wide array of industries, seeking first to understand how the real estate transaction fits in the broader framework of the client’s business.
