Bob’s practice focuses on commercial finance transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of industry sectors, including without limitation commercial real estate, healthcare, and employee stock ownership plans. In connection with the foregoing, Bob has extensive experience with syndications and participations, private equity acquisitions, and mezzanine loans and other subordinate debt vehicles. Though his practice focuses primarily on front-end commercial finance transactions, Bob also has extensive pre-bankruptcy special asset experience.
