Brendan has experience assisting with complex real estate transactions across the United States, including acquisitions and sale-leaseback transactions for REITs, as well as development and land use matters for large mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality and retail projects. He regularly works with developers, owners and investors on purchase and sale transactions, project development and related due diligence matters.

His work also includes supporting large-scale development projects involving entitlement and land use issues, public financing and metropolitan district matters, and mixed-use redevelopment initiatives. Brendan has assisted clients with projects ranging from student housing developments, large mixed-use projects, multifamily, senior living and urban infill development.
