Brian Seidenberg focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties nationwide. He represents developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants, lenders and borrowers with their transactions and provides clients with comprehensive business and legal strategies and advice throughout the life cycle of a real estate transaction.
