Bryce Wolff represents clients in real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposition, land use and zoning, leasing, development, securing economic development incentives and financing. He drafts and negotiates loan documents, purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases, and manages due diligence and closing for deals involving a wide range of asset types and deal structures.

As the co-founder of a Kansas City–based software company, he brings a business-minded perspective to client service.
