Caren Matyckas supports the Real Estate Finance practice with an emphasis on reviewing title materials, surveys and zoning reports. Her responsibilities include assisting in the various stages of closing commercial real estate transactions, including loans, refinancing’s, acquisitions, sales and leasing transactions, on behalf of a client base which includes lenders, developers and investors, as well as other departmental support. Caren is also responsible for preparing closing documents under the supervision of attorneys and maintaining closing files, as well as following up on post-closing matters.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Caren worked as a commercial real estate paralegal for more than 25 years. She is a self-motivated, highly reliable professional and an active team contributor with proven leadership skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. She consistently fosters cooperation, demonstrates initiative and manages a heavy workflow.
