Carlen Sellers is a paralegal in the Corporate and Transactional practice with more than 30 years of experience. Carlen assists with all aspects of the firm’s corporate practice, including entity formation and maintenance and mergers and acquisitions. She assists with all aspects of transactions including due diligence, document preparation and filing and closing. Carlen also has experience managing large client groups, including enterprise-wide entity organization, documentation and compliance procedures.

Prior to joining Polsinelli in 2020, Carlen worked for 22 years as a corporate paralegal for a Chicago-based law firm.
