Carter Wallace is an associate in Polsinelli’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Carter focuses his practice on creditor’s rights matters, primarily representing banks, private lenders and loan servicers with respect to defaulted commercial loans and mortgages.

Carter has also handled a wide range of business litigation in both New York and Florida's state and federal courts. His other experience includes breach of contract disputes, business torts, antitrust defense and business divorce. Additionally, Carter is experienced in white-collar defense and internal investigations.

Carter can guide clients through every phase of the litigation process, from initial investigations and pleadings to research, discovery, court conferences, motions, depositions, expert reviews, mediations and comprehensive pretrial and trial preparations.
