Polsinelli Continues Corporate M&A Growth With New Shareholder Jerita Salley in D.C.
Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has welcomed Jerita L. Salley as a new shareholder in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, in the Corporate M&A Practice. Further building on Polsinelli’s strong growth momentum, Ms. Salley is the 11th new shareholder in the Corporate M&A Practice in the past 12 months. Most recently, the firm added five new Corporate M&A shareholders in its new Philadelphia office. Joining from another Am Law 100 firm, Salley has more than 15 years of experience in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and commercial contract negotiations across diverse industries.

With extensive knowledge as lead counsel in M&A transactions, Ms. Salley is an experienced transactional attorney and handles technology contracts, purchase and merger agreements, leases, NDAs and other commercial contracts. She guides clients through every phase of a sale or acquisition and oversees commercial contract portfolios, providing strategic advice on complex risk allocation issues such as indemnification, representations and warranties, and liability limitations. Her portfolio includes transactions ranging from under $1 million to over $500 million. She works with clients spanning various industries, including government contracting, broadcasting, cable, technology, financial services and nonprofit organizations.
Ms. Salley earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and received a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
