Cheron Z. Mims represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other public and private businesses in mergers and acquisitions and a range of corporate transactions. She advises clients in connection with platform acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments, financing transactions and general corporate and governance matters.
Cheron works across the transaction process, including managing legal due diligence, contributing to the drafting and negotiation of principal transaction documents, drafting and negotiating ancillary agreements, coordinating multidisciplinary deal teams and overseeing closing workstreams. Her experience includes middle-market transactions involving companies in the health care, business services, industrial services, insurance and media sectors.
She brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to each matter, helping clients identify key issues, maintain momentum across complex workstreams and move transactions efficiently toward closing.
