- Representing a water and wastewater utility in multiple regulatory proceedings before the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, including ratemaking, acquisition and policy matters.
- Representing a large-scale data center developer in Oklahoma in securing 250 MW of electric service from a cooperative utility and structuring a coordinated supplemental supply arrangement.
- Serving as regulatory and commercial counsel to a data center developer in Pennsylvania in connection with construction site and electric service agreements for a planned 600 MW facility.
- Advised a data center developer in Indiana on structuring and negotiating a long-term special contract for 500 MW of electric service with a regulated utility and represented the developer before the state utility commission in a related regulatory proceedings.
- Advised a national data center and digital infrastructure developer on a 500 MW power supply arrangement in Oklahoma, including negotiation of construction-related agreements and resolution of complex regulatory issues critical to project advancement.
- Represented landfill gas-to-energy company in transactions involving the sale of environmental attributes, including renewable energy credits and carbon offsets.
- Counseled a dairy biogas company on the purchase and sale of environmental attributes and renewable natural gas credits to support project financing and revenue optimization.
- Represented the owner of 120-mile interstate natural gas pipeline before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court securing dismissal of appeal challenging the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s issuance of a water quality certification under the Clean Water Act.
- On behalf of a natural gas commodity, storage, wholesale and transportation services company, successfully resolved to settlement a multi-million-dollar natural gas pricing dispute with a supplier in litigation before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
- Represented a steam energy provider before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission in rate case, formal complaint, certificate of public convenience and tariff proceedings.
