Christopher Missimo is an associate in Polsinelli's Real Estate practice where he supports clients in a range of commercial and residential transactions. He has supported both buyers and sellers on deals ranging from early-stage acquisitions to projects nearing $500 million. His experience includes assisting with acquisitions and sales, drafting real estate agreements, and reviewing diligence materials such as surveys, title documents and leases.
In addition, Christopher has also assisted in legal matters involving entity formation and structure, corporate governance and shareholder disputes, employee handbooks, website design and legality, landlord/tenant disputes and general contract drafting and negotiation for various legal contexts. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients navigate complex transactions.
