Corinne Alley is a transactional attorney with diverse experience involving real estate and corporate matters. Her experience includes representing a broad range of clients in the acquisition and disposition of real property from start to finish including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, completing due diligence and closing each transaction promptly and efficiently. Corinne has experience in counseling clients with respect to the formation of joint ventures, complex entity structures and capital raise transactions. Further, she has experience in private investment and lending. Corinne offers a unique perspective as a transactional attorney due to her background in civil litigation, which included first and third-party insurance defense, commercial/business disputes, and maritime/admiralty law.
While in law school, Corinne clerked with the Attorney General of Texas in Austin, Texas and with the Honorable Craig Smith in the 192nd Civil District Court in Dallas, Texas (elected to the 5th District Court of Appeals on November 3, 2020).
