Polsinelli Adds New York Shareholder Vanessa Schoenthaler to Securities & Corporate Finance Practice
Polsinelli has added Vanessa J. Schoenthaler as a shareholder in its New York office, strengthening the firm’s Securities & Corporate Finance Practice, adding depth in public company counseling, capital markets transactions and investment funds regulatory matters.
Schoenthaler advises companies, sponsor teams, financial intermediaries and investors as they raise capital, manage public company obligations and execute strategic transactions. Her practice spans equity and debt financing transactions, including initial public offerings of operating companies and SPACs, follow-on equity offerings, equity-linked offerings and debt offerings. She also counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions and equity compensation arrangements.

In addition to her capital markets and transactional work, Schoenthaler advises domestic and international sponsors, private funds and investment managers on fund formation and operations, investment adviser registration, regulatory compliance and investment structuring across a range of asset classes. She also represents institutional and other investors in connection with fund investments.

She earned her J.D. from Pace University Law School and her B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She is admitted in New York.
