CJ has experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing asset and equity acquisitions and sales, mergers, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters such as drafting organizational documents and commercial contracts, as well as advising clients on entity formation and corporate governance matters. His deal experience covers a broad range of industries, including the health care industry, consumer products, telecommunications, information technology, and professional services.
