DeChino Duke supports clients in a broad range of corporate transactions. Working closely with Polsinelli attorneys, he advises entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofits, and high-growth companies throughout all phases of their businesses life cycle, including formation, corporate governance, raising capital, and executing strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Building upon his experience in the health care industry, not only does DeChino remain steadfast and committed to helping all clients, but he is particularly passionate about leveraging his background to positively impact health care-related businesses.
Prior to joining Polsinelli, DeChino attended the Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, DeChino served as a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and as Managing Editor for the Southern Journal of Policy and Justice. With a deep interest in corporate law, DeChino was instrumental in starting the Transactional Law Society and the Community Development and Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, both entities existing to train the next generation of corporate and transactional attorneys. DeChino also has experience starting organizations within the community, as he is the Founding President of the Emerging 100 of North Metro Atlanta. With a deep-seated passion for growing businesses and communities, DeChino is dedicated to leveraging this enthusiasm to best service his clients.
