Dominique Marangoni-Simonsen’s experience in complex product liability, toxic tort and general commercial liability litigation gives her the tools to provide effective and innovative legal solutions to achieve clients’ desired outcomes and goals. She brings a collaborative and strategic brand of representation to each matter, and clients value Dominique’s ability to zealously advocate for them throughout the entire litigation process. She has experience handling cases in federal and state court from the pleading stage to trial or resolution, taking and defending deposition and e-discovery. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Dominique worked in insurance defense in product liability, toxic tort, Fourth Amendment claims, real property disputes, landlord tenant litigation, personal injury litigation and business disputes.
While in law school, Dominique clerked for Judge Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, where she prepared draft opinions and research memoranda on novel areas of law. She also worked at the United States Department of Agriculture Office of the General Counsel, working on affirmative fire cost recovery matters.
