Doug Noren's practice focuses on complex commercial real estate transactions, including:
- Finance
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Office, commercial and retail leasing
- Joint ventures/partnerships
- Workouts of troubled assets
- Low-income housing tax credits
Doug represents lenders, investors and developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate properties. He has a strong focus in real estate finance matters, including representing lenders and borrowers in mortgage loans, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments. Doug has represented lenders and borrowers on numerous constructions loans for large office, hotel, multifamily, industrial and campus developments. Doug also counsels lenders on low-income projects and low-income tax credit financings. He regularly represents investors in the acquisition and sale of office, multifamily and hotel properties and distressed debt. In addition, Doug has substantial office leasing experience.
