Beth’s practice focuses on financial transactions for nonprofit organizations, representing issuers, underwriters and other parties to transactions primarily related to health care financings. In addition to guiding clients through transactions with senior capital markets attorneys, Beth advises clients on securities law and disclosure issues related to their financings.
Beth’s experience includes acting as bond counsel and lender’s counsel for municipal transactions across a variety of financing structures, including publicly offered and privately placed bonds, certificates of participation and equipment leases. She has represented cities, school districts and other political subdivisions as disclosure counsel.
