Elizabeth Hatch is a transactional lawyer with the ability to flex according to client requirements. She regularly represents purchasers and sellers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title and survey, capital raises, and financing, as well as continuous management of real estate assets after acquisition, including leasing, property management, and loan modification.
Elizabeth has developed significant experience in private investment and lending transactions, as well as complex enterprise structuring, representing both sponsors and majority equity investors. She also routinely advises operating companies on general legal matters including corporate governance and contracting. Elizabeth’s diverse background allows her to counsel clients on an array of matters and offer creative and efficient solutions taking into account their past, present, and future.
