Polsinelli Expands Texas Presence into Fort Worth with Local Business Law Firm

Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has announced the expansion of its Texas presence with the opening of a Fort Worth office. Polsinelli has welcomed Zachary Garsek as shareholder, Elizabeth D. Hatch as counsel, and Corinne Alley and Natalie Edwards as associates, along with the administrative professionals from former Commercial Law Advisors. The group brings substantial experience representing family offices, private equity firms and corporate clients in a variety of corporate/transactional, private credit, and real estate matters.

The attorneys focus on serving clients across diverse real estate transactions, development and investments, operating companies, and investments and operations in many markets, including hospitality, sports and entertainment, consumer products, debt, energy and alternative investments.  

Zach Garsek (Shareholder) works closely with clients in evaluating risk, structuring transactions and enterprises, setting strategy, negotiating and managing through deal closings, solving problems and, when necessary, managing litigators. Garsek’s experience as a board member, investor and in-house attorney informs his practice which often includes service as outside general counsel in managing all legal aspects of his clients' interests, often engaging for his clients lawyers who are subject matter experts, both with respect to narrow practice areas and state-specific laws. He graduated with a B.B.A from Emory University and received his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce (SMU Law Review Association) and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Elizabeth Hatch (Counsel) focuses her practice on diverse transactional real estate and business matters. She regularly represents purchasers and sellers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, title and survey, capital raises and financing as well as continuous management of real estate assets after acquisition, including leasing, property management, and loan modification She has developed significant experience in private investment and lending transactions as well as complex enterprise structuring. Hatch received her J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Trinity University.  

Corinne Alley (Associate) is a transactional attorney with diverse experience involving real estate and corporate matters. Her experience includes representing a broad range of clients in the acquisition and disposition of real property from start to finish, including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, completing due diligence and closing each transaction promptly and efficiently. She also has experience in the formation of joint ventures, complex business entity structures and capital raise transactions. While in law school, she clerked with the Attorney General of Texas in Austin and with the Honorable Craig Smith in the 192nd Civil District Court in Dallas. She received her B.A. from Texas A&M and her J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law, where she was a member of The Texas A&M Journal of Property Law.

Natalie Edwards (Associate) focuses her practice on representing private companies and family offices and their affiliates in commercial real estate transactions as well as a variety of corporate matters and general business transactions. Her background consists of experience in title matters in the oil and gas industry, commercial real estate and general business matters. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Mike Wallach in the 348th District Court of Tarrant County and the Honorable Dana Womack and Honorable Dabney Bassel in the Second Court of Appeals for Texas. She earned her B.A. from Texas Tech and received her J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law.
