Ellen Wiah focuses on a diverse array of complex litigation matters, including commercial contract claims, ERISA individual and class action claims, pre- and post-closing M&A disputes, earn-out cases and shareholder investigative demands. Ellen has experience handling all phases of litigation and arbitration, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice and trial preparation in state and federal courts.
Ellen works with Polsinelli attorneys to develop outcome-driven litigation strategies that are aligned with each client’s business goals. During her time in law school, Ellen served as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic, helping clients with asylum applications, temporary protected status (TPS), employment authorization and other immigration-related matters.
Ellen’s commitment to legal scholarship and leadership is evident through her roles as the senior note and comment editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, communications chair for the Black Law Students Association (BLSA) and moot court regional director for the Midwest region of the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA).
